1900 – Design after the turn of the century is characterized by the relationship between man and machine. Modern designers leave Art Nouveau behind. For the first decade of the 1900s, Alexander found inspiration in the designers Frank Lloyd Wright, Josef Hoffmann, and Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The material in his stool is black-lacquered wood. Prototype: Swedese.

The 1960s are "space," says Alexander.

Man has begun to conquer space and is walking on the moon. Designers are playful and create shapes we never thought we would see. Plastic makes its breakthrough, as do upholstered furniture in organic shapes. Alexander drew inspiration for this stool from Verner Panton, Eero Aarnio, Olivier Mourgue, and Joe Colombo. The frame is in plywood and polyether upholstered in fabric. Lammhults möbler produced the prototype.

The 1990s. A

Japanese architect who designed houses from cardboard tubes, which could be built in a day, gave Alexander inspiration for this stool.

— The philosophy matches my view of nineties design thinking — environmentally friendly, simple, and material-efficient, says Alexander. His stool

consists of four identical parts that are joined together into a stable construction. The material is plastic and Alexander made the prototype himself. Now he is looking for an Italian manufacturer who can mass-produce the stool.

Människan har börjat erövra rymden och promenerar på månen. Formgivarna är lekfulla och gör former som vi aldrig trott vi skulle få se. Plasten får sitt genombrott, liksom stoppmöbler i organiska former. Inspiration till den här pallen har Alexander hämtat hos Verner Panton, Eero Aarnio, Olivier Mourgue och Joe Colombo. Stommen är i plywood och polyeter som klätts med tyg. Lammhults möbler har tillverkat prototypen.

1 9 9 0-talet. En

japansk arkitekt som ritade hus av papprör, som kunde byggas på en dag gav Alexander @ inspiration till den här pallen.

består av fyra likadana delar som fogas samman till en stabil konstruktion. Materialet är plast och prototypen har Alexander gjort själv. Nu söker han en italiensk tillverkare som kan massproducera pallen.
