Collectible design by Alexander Lervik, a contemporary Swedish designer working between industry and art, covers limited editions, unique pieces and gallery works in glass, metal, wood and printed polymer. These objects keep the function of furniture and lighting while carrying a stronger conceptual and material idea, and several of them are held in museum collections or have been sold through auction houses and design galleries.

From Saxum art glass and the Reality and Fragile pieces to MYBrain, the lamp formed from a scan of the designer’s own brain, this is design art from a Scandinavian designer who uses the collectible format to test ideas that industrial production cannot yet carry.
