every hotel room is unique. Among other things, I've designed a new chair, produced by Moroso, and new fixtures, produced by Dark. One could say that the feeling will be that of a boutique hotel, albeit on a much larger scale, says Alexander Lervik.

One of the greatest challenges was to find a tenable concept for the smallest rooms, on an average no larger than 10 Square metres (108 square feer) and lacking windows. Part of the solution is phorographic wallpaper featuring a 360 degree view of Stock- holm.
