The Terra chair, unveiled with much fanfare, was an exercise in sustainable design. The retailer has recruited a global network of carpenters to minimise the environmental impact of shipping and transportation. Wherever you live in the world, a local craftsman will make the same chair to Design House Stockholm’s design.
The Pop Art-inspired piece, designed by Alexander Lervik, can be ordered online and the company will send it to be fabricated in a local workshop.
