“When I was commissioned to design a new sofa and easy chair for ADEA, the first vision that came to me was of the archetypical British Howard sofa. I decided to contemporise the Howard classic, giving it neater, stricter lines. ADEA put a lot of effort into the comfort factor, so in spite of the neat dimensions, the comfiness is out of this world. It takes its name from one of the idols of my youth, synthpop artist Howard Jones”.
Mr Jones Easy Chair is a chair design by the Swedish designer Alexander Lervik, dated 2016. The work is produced by Adea, which manufactures and distributes it, while the design originates in Lervik’s studio. In the portfolio it is listed under chairs.
